   After discussion, Wayne Dyess McDaniel made a motion to approve Advanced BioCatalytics lease amendment reduction of $4,648.33. Rusty McDaniel seconded the motion and it carried unanimously
3. Discuss/Act Upon crediting Advanced BioCatalytics lease payments in the amount of $4,648.33 in return for Sanitization Product received by Fort Stockton EDC in the amount of $4,648.33 (Invoice No. AR 10803).
4. Discuss/Act Upon approving Resolution to sale 123 N. Main (All of Lot Ten (10), Block Thirteen (13), OLD FORT ADDITION to the City of Fort Stockton, Pecos County, Texas, according to the map or plat of said Addition of record in the Office of the County Clerk of Pecos County, Texas, together with all improvements situated thereon.
